DESCRIPTION:

Enrofloxacin 10% Umavet® Injectable Solution belongs to the third generation of Fluoroquinolones and has a strong bactericidal effect, is a potent chemotherapeutic antibacterial action and causes irreversible damage to the bacterial chromosome and shows a selective bactericidal action.

No pharmacological resistance and no interaction with other antibiotics.

INDICATIONS:

Enrofloxacin 10% Umavet® Injectable Solution is indicated for treatment and prophylaxis of infectious diseases caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and Mycoplasm.

DOSE AND ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION:

Enrofloxacin 10% Umavet® Injectable Solution is administered in: cattle, sheep, goats and dogs intramuscularly and in pigs intramuscularly Injection, 1ml per every 40 kg of body weight. Do not apply more than 10 ml per application site.

Via intrauterine: Dilute 5ml Enrofloxacin 10% Umavet® Injectable Solution in 100 ml of distilled water or sterile physiological saline solution.

Animals with severe kidney or liver problems can require a reduction in the dose of Enrofloxacin 10% Umavet® Injectable Solution.

WITHRAWAL PERIOD:

Meat: 10 days. Do not administer to cows producing milk for human consumption.

STORAGE:

Storage in dry and cool places. Protected from direct sunlight. Store between 0° and 30° C.
