DESCRIPTION AND PHARMACOLOGICAL CLASS:

A broad spectrum anthelmintic known for its wide safety margin. Fenbendazole is active against Larva Migrans - Toxocara. Fenbendazole is also effective against giardia and affects both adults and immature stages of gastrointestinal and lung parasites.

INDICATIONS:

Treatment of parasites in adult and immature stages of gastrointestinal and lung nematodes of dogs and cats with ovicidal effect on roundworm. It is also effective against tapeworms, except Dipilidium caninum.

DOSE AND ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION:

Dogs and cats 50 mg/kg body weight for 3 consecutive days.
