FENBIRON
COMPOSITION:
- Febendazol.....................................100 mg
- Iron Citrate.......................................10 mg
- Excipients q.s.....................................1 ml
TARGET SPECIES:
Goats, horses, cattle, sheep and pigs.
INDICATIONS:
Fenbiron is indicated for cattle of beef and milk - for the removal and control of: lung worm, stomach worm (adults); brown stomach worm, stomach worms (Adults and fourth stage larvae); barber pole worm and small stomach worm, intestinal worms (adults and fourth stage larvae); hookworm (Bunostomum phlebotomum), intestinal worm thread neck, small intestinal worm, black diarrhea and nodular worm.
DOSE AND ADMINISTRATION:
- Oral administration:
- Bottle 250ml, 500ml and 1,000ml.
- The shelf life recommended is two (2) years.
- Keep out reach of children and pets.
Determine the suitable dosage according to the estimated body weight. Administer orally. The dose recommended 2.3 mg/pound (5 mg/kg) body weight is reached when 2.3 ml of the drug are taken per every 100 pounds of body weight.
SIDE EFFECTS:
Hypersensitivity reactions.
WITHRAWAL PERIOD:
Cattle should not be slaughtered within 8 days after treatment. A withdrawal period has been not set for this product in pre-ruminating calves. Do not use in calves to be processed for meat. Goats should not be slaughtered for food within 6 days after treatment. Because a withdrawal period in milk still has been not set, do not use in lactating goats. For dairy cattle, there is not withdrawal period in milk.
STORAGE:
This product is suitable to storage in dry and cool places to a temperature under 30°.
ADVERSE REACTIONS:
There have been reports of toxicosis on the bone marrow.
