DESCRIPTION:

Ivermectin 1% L.A. Umavet® is indicated in the treatment and prevention of internal parasites (helminths): Ostertagia ostertagi, hemonchus contortus, h. placei, spp trichostrongylus, Cooperia spp, Bunostomum phlebotonum, esophagostomum radiatum, Nematodirus spp, Strongyloides spp, Dictyocaulus viviparus, Ascaris suum, Trichuris suis.

Treatment and prevention of external parasites (ectoparasites): dermatobia hominis, psoroptes communis, Sarcoptes spp, Chorioptes bovis, Demodex bovis, Linognathus vituli, Haematopinus suis, capillatus Solenopotes and Damalina bovis. Helps control Boophilus microplus

DOSE:

• Ivermectin 1% L.A. Umavet® is administered subcutaneously.
• Single dose: Cattle, sheep and goats: 1ml per every 50 kg of body weight (200 mcg/kg).
• Pigs: 1ml per every 33 kg of body weight (300 mcg/kg).

WARNINGS:

• It is a safe product that can be used in pregnant animals at recommended doses.
• Do not use in lactating cows.
• It should not be administered intravenously.

WITHRAWAL PERIOD:

Meat: 28 days.
